Thanks so much for your inquiry and your support. We spent over a year to find the best possible spot, in not just Sedona but all of the southwest. My dream was to provide an adventure for the majority of people with the best possible experience while minimizing the risk. What we specialize in is self guided tours. We believe being the best rated activity in Sedona since 2020 (please see our google reviews) proves that we are doing some things right. What that looks like and what to expect, is as follows. We draw you up a map of the areas of interest. And generally that means the “Scenic Parkway/ 179”. We take your group out back with the bikes and make sure that your group is oriented and comfortable with the controls.  Then we guide the group down the easiest route to 179. That way you know the easy way to get back on your return. Then we leave you on the “multi-use pathway” built by the state and designed to allow bicycles to enjoy the views and avoid the cars. This path leads to Chapel of the Holy Cross and further down to Cathedral Rock (one of the main vortexes and super hard to get by car and to find parking). Past Cathedral the directions lead you to a bike lane. Typically traffic dissipates this far south of Sedona, and I highly recommend heading down as it is the most beautiful piece of road that I have ridden anywhere. At the end there is a convenience store and a couple of great lunch options. At that point you can visit Bell Rock (again a vortex with a terrible parking issue). If you feel adventurous we recommend heading about five miles west to see the back side of Cathedral and spend a few minutes at the creek. What I say for the average person is this experience is 2.5 hours of riding and two hours of getting off of the bikes and visiting spots that are problematic to get with a car (parking issues). Probably the best point of reference is to read our reviews on google and see if our past customers experience fits what works for your group. As long as people are comfortable and capable on a regular bicycle, this experience should just be easier and more relaxing for the average group. Any specific questions, please feel free to call or text me at 928-216-4525. Thanks Bud EZRider

Sedona is famous for its stunning red rock landscapes, vibrant energy, and endless opportunities for outdoor adventure. While many people think of spring or fall as the best seasons to visit, winter offers its own special kind of magic—especially for e-bike tours. With mild weather, fewer crowds, and breathtaking scenery, exploring Sedona by e-bike in the winter can be an unforgettable experience. At EZ Rider of Sedona, we provide e-bike tours in the greater Sedona area. Here are four reasons why winter is a great time for e-bike tours in Sedona. Comfortable Riding Temperatures Winter in Sedona brings mild, comfortable temperatures that are great for outdoor exploration. Unlike the hot summer months, when midday rides might feel exhausting, winter’s cool, crisp air keeps you refreshed as you ride. Average daytime highs hover in the 50s and 60s, making it easy to enjoy longer tours without overheating. Fewer Crowds and a Peaceful Atmosphere Sedona is one of Arizona’s most popular destinations, and during peak tourist seasons, the roads and trails can get busy. Winter brings fewer visitors, allowing for a more peaceful and personal connection with the scenery. You’ll have more space to explore the trails, stop for photos, and take in the dramatic views without the usual hustle and bustle. The quieter atmosphere makes it easier to truly experience Sedona’s natural beauty and serenity. Breathtaking Winter Scenery The contrast between Sedona’s red rock formations and the occasional dusting of snow is nothing short of spectacular. Winter light can be more golden, which enhances the colors of the landscape. The air tends to feel more clean and crisp this time of year, and gives you some of the clearest and most vibrant views of the surrounding beauty. A Relaxed and Refreshing Experience Winter rides are not only physically comfortable, but also mentally rejuvenating. The cool air, open spaces, and quieter biking routes offer a sense of calm that’s harder to find in busier seasons. With an e-bike, you can effortlessly climb hills and soak in Sedona’s natural beauty at your own pace. For those looking to unwind while still enjoying an active adventure, a winter e-bike tour in Sedona delivers the perfect balance of relaxation and excitement.
